Shoots if your starting out are tough here’s my experience so far:
Models are not just good looking people theres a skill to it
Always stick to a main photographer and editor to keep the style the same on your website
Remember you need to add direction but don’t control the shoot, allow the professionals to work
Get good at mood boards and ironing clothes !! But most of all, work with great people and treat them with respect. If you do that, talented people gravitate towards you!!
